Do we have to pay annual Royalties for all On Hold Music ?
No, the music we offer is Royalty Free and gives you the right playback this music on your Telecom Setup. If you have several locations you pay one time a fee per location.
Can we have a On Hold Function when we have only one phone and no PBX ?
Yes, If you use the VGP30 you can put caller On Hold ! If your bussiness grows you can connect your VGP30 to your PBX or VoIP PBX and/or Phone.
Can we combine On Hold Music with useful information about our company ?
Yes, we deliver 3 formulas of mixing any content for your Telecom.
The first formalu gives you the freedom of mixing it on your own, with the Pinewood Studio Software.
You select a pre-loaded music track, select a pre-recorded prompt and that's it. You have a message that you can upload in your PBX, VGP Player or playback device.
The second option is to configure a prompts with our Easy Configurator and we will record & mix your personalised prompt and send it to you by email, SD-Card or CD-Rom.
The third formula combines the 2 first formulas meaning that you install the Pinewood Studio Pro software on your PC and you manage your content yourself, this linked with our VGP player and automaticly the content will be uploaded & playback on your PBX.
